We sail rain or shine. We will only cancel a tour due to severe weather (strong winds or lightning), or possibly if fewer than 6 passengers booked. Weather systems are sometimes fast-moving over the lake, we'll do our best to give as much advance notice of cancelation as possible.
- If WE cancel, you'll be rebooked or receive 100% refund.
- If you cancel less than 72hrs in advance, you can not be refunded.
- Prior to 72hrs in advance can be rescheduled or refunded, less a 15% administrative fee.
- No Show, no refund.

Smoking/vaping is not allowed on public tours.
Passengers must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. Please be prepared to verify age.
